Most of us work too much and relax too little. I’ve combined decades of experience as a professional psychologist, a life coach, and a yoga teacher, with my education, research and multicultural influences to create Transpersonal Integrative Yoga Therapy. This therapy uniquely combines yoga movement, breath work, meditation, and creative journaling, along with conventional psychological methods, to form a program that fully addresses the body-mind.
